2021 Good Earth Red Wine

Beautiful purple color with aromas of red fruit, warm spices, and smoke. Medium body with a silky texture and flavors of clove, black pepper, and a sublte oak finish.  Soft tannins. 0% residual sugar.  This wine is intended to be enjoyed young, but will develop in bottle for up to five years.

Harvest notes: 2021 was a rainy growing season, but our meticulous fruit selection and winemaking practices produced a lovely wine.

Winemaker notes:  A blend of Lemberger, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Regent (a hybrid grape from Germany). Small, neutral oak containers were used for fermentation and aging.

Pairing Suggestions: Braised meats, grilled sausages, red sauces, Tex-Mex chili
